1. Who runs Queued
Queued is currently operated by an individual, not a registered company. You can reach the operator at info@queued.eu for any question about these Terms.
2. The Service
Queued lets event guests submit song requests by scanning a QR code, and lets a DJ review those requests and add approved ones to a Spotify playback queue. The Service is provided free of charge at this stage.
3. DJ Accounts
To create and run events, a DJ must sign in with a Spotify account that has an active Premium subscription, required by Spotify to control playback. Queued never sees or stores your Spotify password.
4. Guest Use
Guests do not need to create an account. Joining an event through a QR code or event code is enough to submit song requests. Guests must follow any instructions given by the DJ running the event.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no attempts to disrupt an event's queue, no automated or bulk song requests, no impersonating another guest or DJ, and no using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Third-Party Content
Song metadata, artwork, and playback are provided by Spotify. Queued is not affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify, and has no control over the availability or accuracy of Spotify's catalog.
7. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Queued does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Queued is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Suspension and Termination
A DJ account may be suspended or terminated if it is used in violation of these Terms, without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect the Service or other users.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new version date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
