Queued is currently operated by an individual, not a registered company, acting as the data controller for the information described below. Contact: info@queued.eu.
2. Data We Collect — DJs
When a DJ signs in with Spotify, we receive and store their email address, display name, Spotify account ID, and OAuth access/refresh tokens needed to add approved songs to their playback queue. We also store the date and version of the Terms/Privacy Policy they accepted.
3. Data We Collect — Guests
Guests do not create an account. We assign an anonymous session token, stored in a cookie on the guest's device, used only to attribute song requests within a single event. No name, email, or other identifying information is collected from guests.
4. Why We Process This Data
DJ data is processed to operate the Service: authenticating the DJ, controlling their Spotify queue, and enforcing these Terms. Guest session data is processed to let the DJ moderate requests and to prevent duplicate or abusive requests within an event. The legal basis is performance of the service you requested.
5. Who We Share Data With
We share data with the sub-processors needed to run the Service: Spotify (to authenticate DJs and manage playback), our database provider (Supabase), and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
6. Cookies
Guests receive a single strictly-necessary cookie holding their anonymous session token — required for the Service to function, so no cookie consent banner is shown. We do not currently use analytics or marketing cookies; if that changes, this policy and the site's cookie behavior will be updated accordingly.
7. Data Retention
Guest data (session token and requests) is tied to a single event and is not retained beyond what is needed to run that event. DJ account data is retained for as long as the DJ account exists, and deleted on request.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@queued.eu.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new version date at the top of this page.
